For the past twenty years, Jessica has been instrumental in the development of luxury resorts and wellness driven assets. Her operational know-how, sales and marketing excellence continues to benefit the hospitality and leisure industries.
Jessica acquired her comprehensive knowledge and experience in some of the premier award-winning California Wine Country spas. Jessica honed her extensive skills and knowledge by rising through the ranks at one of the largest and most highly acclaimed luxury spa and wellness destinations in the United States, the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn. She has and continues to play an integral part in the planning and renovation of spas, served as a mentor to many wellness and hospitality professionals, and developed leadership programs, operational standards and procedures protocols, sales and marketing programs.
Her top management track record spas include Villagio Inn & Spa and the Kenwood Inn & Spa. Jessica was also co-owner and Chief Financial Officer of Spa Camp, an innovative on-site spa experience providing spa-inspired group and team building activities.
Jessica serves as the RLA point of contact and project manager for all company spa and wellness projects. Her responsibilities include spa, wellness and fitness concept design, feasibility and business planning, equipment specifications, design development direction, construction document reviews, service and treatment menu development, operational services, training, recruitment and pre-and post-opening functions.
