This is an integrated five-day program and live case study, where industry experts challenge students to break down the often conflicting commercial silos of a hotel organisation and identify opportunities to increase long term asset value and short term profit optimisation via effective planning, generation and optimisation of demand.

Alex regularly teaches at schools including Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and ESSEC Business School in Paris as part of the Snapshot Demand Management Boot-camp.
