The Boutique & Lifestyle Lodging Association (BLLA) held its 2016 Annual Leadership Symposium at the new Luskin Conference Center in Los Angelas, October 24-26, 2016. Lynn Curry, President and Co-Owner of RLA USA LLC, moderated a panel that discussed how hospitality is being influenced by emerging wellness trends.

Discussions by the panel of experts resulted in ideas and experiences that could be incorporated into boutique hotel properties. The panel also discussed authentic experiences as a must for guests, and provided ideas for hoteliers to take strategic wellness approaches to target their guests, encourage repeat visits, and to increase social media activity to address how wellbeing brings value to the hospitality experience.  The panel included Alex Glasscock, Founder & CEO - The Ranch Malibu and soon The Ranch 2.0 Sonoma / Kim Kessler, PR Director - The Four Seasons Beverly Hills / Kathleen Shea, CMO - Canyon Ranch / Josh Wyatt, President of Hotels - Equinox Hotels.
