Biography
David Harper
David is one of the most experienced hospitality and leisure veterans having worked in over 180 countries with particular expertise in emerging markets and the founder of Leisure Property Services.
He has been engaged for a very wide range of clients, including many hotel companies, property investors, hoteliers, developers, bank, investment funds and governments which include Cape Verde Government Djibouti Government, Ecuador Government, Sierra Leone Government.
A regular speaker at conferences, including the International Hotel Investment Forum, Henry Stewart Conferences, various legal conferences and the author of the definitive textbook on hotel valuation “Hotel Valuation for Investors”, published in February 2008 and a second book “Hotels and Resorts”; An Investor’s guide was published by Routledge in August 2016.
David is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as well as being a registered expert witness and registered valuer.
