Adrián Alcántara Martinez

Tourism and hospitality strategist

Adrián Alcántara Martinez is a tourism and hospitality strategist with 10+ years of international experience, primarily across Europe and the Middle East. He holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Tourism, and a Master’s in International Management from ESADE. His work spans destination planning, organizational transformation, and investment advisory for both public and private clients.

A former strategy consultant, he now leads the development of Red Sea Global’s internal consulting unit while contributing to the Group’s strategic planning and corporate performance practices. Since relocating to Saudi Arabia in 2020, he has played a key role in flagship tourism gigaprojects including AMAALA, MAGNA, and The Red Sea.
