As a result, multiple operators submitted competitive bids, strengthening the project's overall viability.
With strong operator interest and a clear investment strategy in place, we are now focused on securing the right financial partners to move this development forward. Spain remains a key market for hospitality investment, and we are committed to ensuring this project reaches its full potential.
