This project has already been through a significant transformation.

When we first got involved, a previous feasibility study - conducted by another firm -had mispositioned the property with an unsuitable concept. Our team provided a fresh perspective, realigning the strategy and refining the concept to better fit market demands. As a result, multiple operators submitted competitive bids, strengthening the project's overall viability.

With strong operator interest and a clear investment strategy in place, we are now focused on securing the right financial partners to move this development forward. Spain remains a key market for hospitality investment, and we are committed to ensuring this project reaches its full potential.
