Paul Boldy, RLA Global’s Senior Partner was once again on-site at our Wyndham Hotel project in Lagos, Nigeria to review the progress being made on this exciting mixed-use development. As we get ready for the fit-out stage of the works, we are carrying out design coordination, technical services reviews and supplier factory visits in order to ensure the interests of the Owner are protected. Our Owner Representative services provide an expert level of advice and representation to Owners to ensure that the objectives of the Project are being met and ensure that the Hotel is delivered to the highest standard, and within the project cost and timeframe, and that the project maximises both the value of the asset and the return on investment.
