Our commitment to the region is already tangible, with ongoing projects demonstrating our dedication. This expansion comes with great excitement, given the vast opportunities Central Asia presents.

Integral to this strategic move is the introduction of Baktyiar Tokoev, our appointed senior consultant and local representative. Such a combination promises our clients in Central Asia bespoke services, fine-tuned to their unique requirements.

His robust financial know-how aligns impeccably with the bedrock principles of RLA Global. Our strong focus on ROI and financial diligence ensures that we are bringing tangible value to our clients. Baktyiar's addition to our team further guarantees expert financial guidance to our Central Asian clientele.

A few highlights about Baktyiar.

Baktyiar is working on his Ph.D. and is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at Bishkek University, where he earned his MBA degree. His 18-year journey in the Hospitality sector has given him a panoramic view of the industry. Fluent in Russian, Turkish, English, and Kyrgyz, he's well-equipped to navigate diverse cultural landscapes.

Baktyiar shares, “My mission is to infuse the region with advanced methodologies and proven solutions. I envision reshaping operational norms and pioneering a progressive work culture.”
