Co-Chairing the event with Roger Allen was Herbert Mascha, Managing Partner of MRP.   The event was fittingly titled 'Innovation & Disruption: The Evolution of Hospitality' and the program and speaker lineup was insightful, inspirational and thought-provoking.   Topics included:

  • the future of hotel technology,
  • the revolution of hotel distribution and OTA influence,
  • lessons from the retail sector,
  • a hotel owners perspective,
  • over-tourism,
  • food & beverage trends, that changing the hotel offers,
  • innovation in sustainability,
  • the evolution of resorts.

The conference is exclusively for ISHC members, candidates, Friends of Society sponsors, guest speakers, media partners and guests of ISHC.  Delegates gathered from all over the world and hailed the event a tremendous success.
