Alejandra Resa Abad

Alejandra is a hospitality and real estate professional with over a decade of experience across strategic consulting, feasibility advisory, and luxury hotel operations. Beginning her career at Deloitte, working on strategic planning, asset performance analysis, and financial modelling for international hotel groups. Later moving into a feasibility consulting role, contributing to hotel and residential developments across the full project lifecycle.

Alejandra subsequently transitioned into hotel operations as General Manager of two luxury boutique properties, where she led repositioning, renovation, and reopening projects, achieving significant performance improvements and industry recognition, including a Michelin Key.

Experienced working across multiple European markets, with extensive experience engaging with international stakeholders, investors, high-profile clients, and multidisciplinary teams. A background in both consulting and operations enables her to bridge investment strategy with execution, providing a strong understanding of the key value drivers in hospitality assets.

She holds an MBA in Hospitality Finance from Les Roches International School and a double degree in Business Administration and Tourism.

Alejandra serves as Regional Director for the MEA region, where she leads hospitality advisory assignments including feasibility studies, tourism destination planning, and mixed-use developments. She plays an active role in business development and client relationship management, advising investors, developers, and operators on strategic decisions and contributing to the firm’s growth across the region.
