Last week, our Group CEO Roger A. Allen and Regional Director Alejandra Resa Abad were in Denmark, working on the strategic repositioning of a historic hotel property. This type of project requires a thorough understanding of the local market, the asset's history, and the direction a repositioning should take.
Denmark has seen consistent growth in tourism in recent years, supported by its natural landscapes, cultural heritage, and focus on sustainable practices. The country is attracting increasing interest from hospitality investors and developers across Europe.
If you are interested in or working on a hotel, resort, or mixed-use development project, we would be glad to hear from you. Contact us at contactus@rlaglobal.com.
