Roger Allen, Henning Matthiesen (Director), and Alejandra Resa Abad (Regional Director, EMEA) spent time on the ground exploring the regional tourism offer, assessing market demand, and mapping the hotel landscape for a luxury resort development in an established destination, in close collaboration with our strategic partner, Global Branded Residences (GBR).
Feasibility mandates are a core part of what we do. Past projects include Four Seasons Resort and Residences in Porto Heli, Vilalara Grand Hotel in Portugal, and Messilah Beach and Leisure Destination in Kuwait, among others. RLA Global delivers end-to-end advisory services across market analysis, positioning strategy, and full financial feasibility. We were told this mandate was awarded to us over an established global competitor on the comprehensiveness of our scope and approach.
