Pushing Boundaries: The RLA Global Way of Life

From Spartan races to trail runs, RLA Global team members continually seek growth — proving that going beyond is more than a mindset; it’s a way of life.

Recently, our Group CEO Roger Allen took on a Spartan Race with his son — a true test of resilience, grit, and stepping outside the comfort zone. It’s a spirit shared across the RLA Global team.

Simon Saunders, our VP of Strategic Health & Wellness, has completed over 30 marathons around the world — including the legendary 250km Marathon des Sables through the Sahara Desert. A lifelong athlete, he now shares his passion by coaching young runners back home on the south coast of England.

Laura Dutrieux, a competitive trail runner and tourism finance strategist, finished Cape Town’s Constantia VOC 15km Road Race with a new personal best and a top-10 placement in 2023 — the result of discipline, focus, and perseverance.

Not all of us run marathons or take on desert races. But each of us, in our own way, looks for those moments to stretch a little further, learn something new, or raise the bar just a bit higher — in the small things and the big ones.

That’s how we grow.
At RLA Global, we always go beyond.
