Berlin, March 23–25, 2026

The International Hospitality Investment Forum EMEA convenes in Berlin this March, bringing together over 2,500 delegates, 700 investors, and $581 billion in assets under management for three days of deal-making, insight, and high-level networking. As the most influential annual gathering for hospitality development and finance professionals across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, IHIF EMEA serves as a global meeting point for owners, operators, and advisors to explore trends, forge partnerships, and shape the industry's future.
For RLA Global, IHIF is far more than a conference. It is where meaningful relationships are built, ideas are tested against sharp minds, and conversations that define future projects begin.

This year, Roger Allen, our Group CEO, will take part in two highly anticipated sessions.

BxR EMEA — Brand x Residential
BxR EMEA is a full-day event dedicated to branded residences as a standalone asset class, reflecting the rapid growth of the sector across the region. The agenda covers how these projects work in practice, exploring branded residential development across design, operations, sales and marketing, and wellness. Roger will be contributing to the discussion on March 23 alongside Alfredo Bataller.

Pitch Perfect
Pitch Perfect puts the industry's boldest new hospitality concepts in the spotlight. In a Dragon's Den-style format, developers present their visions to a panel of respected judges, with real investment decisions at stake. Roger will serve as a judge on March 25 alongside Olga Andreevskikh and Anna Cohen, bringing his expertise in hospitality strategy and advisory to one of IHIF's most dynamic and closely watched sessions.
RLA Global enters 2026 with strong momentum, having launched new projects in three regions in Q1 alone. If you are developing a project in the pipeline or exploring new directions for your brand, we would welcome the opportunity to meet in Berlin.

Mastery of Hotel & Resort Operational Auditing: How to Do It Right

Apr / 2026

Most hotel audits fail because they focus on compliance rather than performance. Effective audits connect brand integrity, operational efficiency and revenue performance to identify real value gaps. Their impact depends on linking findings to financial metrics such as RevPAR and GOP, and translating them into clear, actionable investment decisions. Without structured implementation, even the best insights deliver no results.
