RLA Global completes strategic engagement with Ikos Resorts in October, 2025.
Ikos Resorts has redefined the all-inclusive luxury holiday market with 7 award-winning properties across Greece and Spain, and is now expanding further throughout Europe. The brand has received TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Awards for 6 consecutive years and recognition as Best All-Inclusive resort group.
RLA Global was engaged to support Ikos' expansion strategy by identifying the optimal hotel proposition for new properties and determining how this translates into Gross Floor Area (GFA) requirements.
After experiencing and analysing all 7 current operating sites in Corfu, Kos, Halkidiki, Crete, Mallorca, and Marbella-Estepona, our team worked closely with the Ikos executive leadership to develop a comprehensive framework for future growth.
