At the annual HotSpa Forum held at the legendary Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, our Group CEO Roger Allen delivered a keynote presentation titled "Global Data & Trends: Unlocking Financial Success," based on insights from the 2025 Wellness Real Estate Report.

The session, moderated by Philippe M. RUBOD, President and CEO of Swiss Hospitality Global, featured Roger sharing data-backed findings that reveal how wellness is becoming a long-term value driver in hotel performance and real estate strategy.

A standout finding of the report: "Upscale Major Wellness shows a massive growth in all KPIs with a 150-160% increase in 2024 vs 2023, outperforming even Luxury and Upper Upscale in total revenue per room parameters".

As Rachael Rothman from CBRE noted in our podcast, "To me that's just a complete paradigm shift versus what we would have thought of historically. That's very interesting and obviously it could signal a shift in where people are going to allocate capital, how they're going to reposition their amenities, and how they want to construct new developments."

The forum included revealing conversations with industry leaders Francois Delahaye, COO of Dorchester Collection; Simon Casson FIH, CEO of Corinthia Hotels; and Caspar Wesener, GM of Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection in Baden-Baden, exploring what trends are redefining wellness and luxury in hospitality.
