The RLA Global's 2024 Mid-Year Wellness Real Estate Report is Available to Download!

We're happy to announce that the RLA Global's 2024 Wellness Real Estate Mid-Year Report is now available to download. 

Based on global data from the independent benchmarking company HotStats, the report provides updated metrics on essential KPIs, such as ADR, Occupancy, TRevPAR, GOPPAR, Operating Profit, and F&B Performance, comparing January–June 2024 to the same period last year.  

Some of our main findings: 

• Minor Wellness properties are outperforming Major Wellness properties in year-on-year ADR, TRevPAR, and TRevPOR growth as of June YTD 2024. Major Wellness saw slight declines

• While Luxury Minor Wellness properties are driving growth, Major Wellness Luxury assets continue to command premium performance, with TRevPAR nearly double that of Minor Wellness properties.

• GOPPAR dropped for Major Wellness while Minor Wellness and No Wellness saw double-digit growth, indicating profitability opportunities outside traditional wellness models.
