Roger, RLA Global Group CEO, participated at the Taylor Wessing Branded Residences Summit on the 16th of September, at London's first dedicated event of its kind.

Congratulations to Taylor Wessing and Global Branded Residences for hosting the pioneering summit. Roger noted that "the depth of topics addressed and the quality of discourse truly set a new benchmark for our industry."

The event featured two comprehensive panel discussions with industry leaders including Richard Bursby (Taylor Wessing), Ben Rebeiro (Four Seasons), Feras Hasbini (Hilton), Elaine Dobson (Taylor Wessing), and Daniel von Barloewen (Accor OneLiving).

Roger participated in the "Net Profit Margins" panel, which explored the multifaceted financial and operational considerations of branded residences. The discussion covered cash flow dynamics, sales premiums, and the complexities of service charges and brand standard implementation. He was joined by Ina Plunien (Cedar Capital Partners), Richard Luffingham (Valouran), and Charlie Walsh (Maybourne), with the session moderated by Riyan Itani, (Global Branded Residences).

The summit took place at the NoMad Hotel. The gathering brought together the industry's movers and shakers - developers, investors, and branded residence specialists.
Looking forward to the continued evolution of this dynamic sector.

Roger Allen at the Taylor Wessing Branded Residences Summit, London
