Our Group CEO Roger Allen participated in the TRIA Lifestyle Hospitality Summit, an exclusive gathering of hospitality, lifestyle, and finance executives held in Monaco, Europe's luxury capital.

The summit featured panel sessions exploring critical industry topics including financing lifestyle ecosystems, AI applications in lifestyle hospitality, and global lifestyle trends. Hosted at the prestigious Hotel Hermitage, attendees enjoyed a private tour of Les Caves, the world's largest hotel wine cellar.

Roger joined a dynamic panel discussion on "Art & Retail in Lifestyle Hospitality," examining the evolution and strategic importance of retail within modern hospitality developments. The session brought together notable industry figures including Christophe Archaimbault, CEO of Moleskine, who shared insights into the renowned brand's expansion into art and café concepts following their successful Japan launch. Adama Sanneh, CEO of the Moleskine Foundation, discussed the organization's commitment to supporting the arts.

Drawing on his extensive experience in hotel development, Roger highlighted the critical role retail plays in brand positioning and enhancing the guest experience, emphasizing how thoughtful retail integration contributes to the overall lifestyle ecosystem of hospitality properties.

The panel was moderated by Alexandre Santamaria.
