Branded residences represent one of the most significant growth opportunities in hospitality real estate today. The decisions being made right now will define the leaders of this sector for the next decade. This spring, RLA Global is joining forces with Global Branded Residences, VMI Studio, and Bogle Architects, alongside Minor Hotels as event partner, to bring this vital conversation to three European cities.

The roadshow takes place in Prague on April 21, Vienna on April 22, and Budapest on April 23, 2026.

What the Programme Covers
The event is built around four panel discussions, each addressing a distinct dimension of branded residential development.

Riyan Itani, Director and Founder of Global Branded Residences, opens the programme with a data-led session establishing the scale of the market opportunity and the conditions shaping it today.

Roger Allen, CEO of RLA Global, leads the second panel on the developer and operator relationship: the dynamic between the party that finances and delivers the project, and the brand responsible for managing it. RLA Global brings established expertise in operator search and negotiation, having guided developers through identifying, evaluating, and securing the right brand partner.

The third panel addresses branding and marketing strategy, exploring how positioning and brand selection drive premiums and sales performance. The fourth examines design and architecture, and what it takes to produce a project that meets both brand standards and buyer expectations.

The roadshow is designed for developers, investors, and senior decision-makers actively exploring branded residences. The format is led by practitioners and is deliberately open, aiming for a candid exchange of insight. Attendees will leave with a clear view of the landscape and a practical roadmap they can act upon.
