Simon Rickard

Simon is our in-house specialist for Technical & Technical Planning Services.  He is a qualified Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and has held positions of Contracts Manager and Regional Projects Manager (Works Services Manager) with companies such as Aqumen: Mowlem and WS Atkins – all giving invaluable experience in contract administration, systems of work relating to QA, QM, Risk Management and H&S/CDM management. 

He has a proven background in construction of new build, repair, renovation and maintenance with extensive experience working with international hotels, resorts and spas, and HNW private residential developments which contribute to the improvement of quality and overall guest experiences and ultimately to the profitability of the hospitality assets.

Simon also has invaluable expertise in Hotel Property Improvement Planning (PIP), identifying corrective actions in technical design, zoning, engineering and maintenance which contribute to the improvement of quality and overall guest experiences and ultimately to the profitability of the hospitality assets.

He was also an active Reserve member of the Royal Engineers Military Works Force.
