Last week, we had the pleasure of participating in the Resort & Residential Forum in Athens, where we connected with our incredible clients, partners, and friends. The energy was inspiring, and the stunning backdrop of Athens set the perfect atmosphere for lovely chats and meaningful discussions.
One of the biggest highlight of the event was the Ellinikon Tour, an exemplary presentation of "Europe's greatest urban regeneration project" that reflects the booming Greek economy. We commend the exceptional efforts of the Ministry of Tourism and Enterprise Greece, led by Dr. Marinos Giannopoulos and his team, in driving this growth and showcasing Greece’s potential.
The conversation around Branded Residences reinforced their significant rise in the industry. We highly respect the expertise of Riyan Itani and Caitlin Ure, both masterminds with approachable spirits, extensive experience, and exceptional negotiating skills.
