The award was announced during the recent International Hotel Investment & Design Club event in Vienna, Austria.
The winning hotel brand was Park Hyatt. Second place went to Six Senses Hotel, Resorts and Spas and third place awarded to Sacher Hotels.
A diligent brand evaluation process was led by the Modul University in Vienna and the students Lisa Unterganschnigg, Marlies Hiromi Wimmer, Jennifer Yanyu Hu, Maximilian Künstner and Yannick Herzberg. The student mentoring team was led by Dr. Florian Aubke, Head of Study Programs Tourism & Hospitality Management - FHWien Brigitte T. Gruber, MBA, Managing Director, Reburg & Partners, Hani El Sharkawi, BSc, MA, Director - Sacher School of Excellence and Roger Allen, RLA Global's Global CEO.
