Paul was joined on stage at AHIC, in Dubai, by industry veterans Nathan Hones and Kathryn Moore to discuss some of the key findings from the latest edition of RLA Global’s Wellness Real Estate Report.

The panel explored; how to create a genuine wellness offer based on metrics and benchmarks and defined what the Real ROI for wellness real estate actually is.

Concluding with the positive impact of domestic tourism on the Middle Eastern region, they agreed that the strong growth in the wellness sector is currently making it a much more attractive prospect for savvy investors.
