In his new role, Mr. Boldy will be responsible for overseeing all operations and strategic growth initiatives across RLA Global's offices worldwide.

Mr. Boldy brings a comprehensive industry knowledge and client-centric mindset to his new position with his 30+ years of experience in hospitality, including hotel design, developments, and asset strategies, as well as expertise in luxury retail.  

Mr. Boldy has been based in Dubai for the past 20 years and has led RLA Global's operations across the Middle East and Africa for the past 3 years. As Senior Partner, Paul demonstrated "rare attention to detail in how clients are represented and expectations exceeded," said Roger Allen, CEO. "His technical and design expertise, and project management acumen have been highly appreciated by our clients. He has expanded RLA Global’s services and strengthened our position as a top leisure advisory firm." 

A recognized thought leader, Mr. Boldy has shaped hotel projects from development through opening. He formerly served as Regional Manager, Architecture, Design and Construction for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Director of Projects for Jumeirah Hotels. Mr. Boldy brings a wealth of knowledge and the ability to optimize developments based on a ‘metric driven design approach’ to deliver efficient operations and increased return on investment.

Mr. Boldy is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB), and holds certificates from Cornell University, with a focus on hospitality real estate and design.
