Our senior team has been busy engaging with clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Auckland, advancing significant development projects and exploring new partnerships. Laura Dutrieux, Junior Partner, Simon Rickard, Senior Technical and Planning Consultant, and Roger Allen, our Group CEO have been working closely with both existing and new clients across these dynamic markets.
Expanding Our Engagement with DWTC - Dubai World Trade Center
A major highlight has been our expanded engagement with Dubai World Trade Center, where we're now working on the development of a new 5-star and 7-star hotel with branded residence components, and another standalone residential project. This significant expansion of our relationship with DWTC demonstrates our growing presence in Dubai's luxury hospitality and residential sectors.

Longevity being at the focal point of the Hospitality Industry, our team visited Dr. Maria Ridao Alonso's Longevity Clinic at Maison Santé, to discuss the latest trends in longevity demand and the challenges clinics face in this growing sector.

In Abu Dhabi, we met with both existing and new clients to advance hotel development and repositioning projects, further strengthening our presence across the UAE market.
New Zealand: Luxury Mixed-Use Development
In Auckland, Roger engaged with a client on an exciting mixed-use development project featuring a luxury hotel and private member club component, along with other high-end amenities designed for high-net-worth residents and members of the community.
"Our consulting approach is about being accessible to our clients, understanding their markets firsthand, and building partnerships to enhance the value we deliver," noted Roger Allen.
