RLA Global is proud to announce the successful completion of an in-depth operational assessment conducted for Emaar Hospitality Group, a leader in luxury hospitality.
The findings were recently presented by our Group CEO, Roger Allen, and Managing Partner, Paul Boldy, to the senior management team of Emaar Hospitality at the Royale Ballroom in Palace Downtown Hotel, Dubai.
This comprehensive project covered Emaar’s most iconic brands, including Address Hotels & Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts, Palace Hotels and Resorts, and Armani Hotels across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
“I continue to be inspired by the wisdom and vision of Emaar’s Founder and Chairman, Mr. Mohamed Alabbar. His pivotal role in shaping Dubai’s skyline reflects his leadership as a global trailblazer, with entrepreneurial interests spanning real estate, retail, hospitality, e-commerce, and technology,” said Roger Allen, our Group CEO.
Project Goals and Scope
The primary goal of this operational assessment was to enhance performance, strengthen brand consistency, and identify new revenue opportunities across Emaar’s hotel portfolio. Our team provided actionable insights along with a strategic roadmap to help Emaar Hospitality Group maintain its competitive edge in one of the world’s most demanding hospitality markets.
The collaboration with Emaar’s senior team was instrumental in the success of this project. Special thanks go to Mark Kirby, Elie Dibo, Aniket Bhatt, Cleressa Pinto, Francesco Sala, Ashish Chandak, Sultan Fakhouri, Omar Souab, Nicolas Bellaton, Ozlem Coskun, Hamza Moukarram, Rai Seedeeal, Luke James, Nuno Carnaxide, Ziad Ghorayeb, Laila Bannane, Lakmal Mawella, Mohammed Kaddoura, and Stefan Masche for their valuable contributions throughout the assessment.
