Wonderful delegate engagement was gained during a theatrical session during the recent Mediterranean Resort & Hotel Real Estate Forum (MR&H) in Athens as Roger Allen, RLA Global's CEO, Ben Martin, Principle - HKS, in the character of consultants tried to encourage a financier played by Cornelia M. Kausch, International Campus - COO to invest into a Mediterranean and Arctic resort proposal.
The fictitious investment firm Oberon Capital had a tough job of separating the two projects as the consultants took the audience on the trials and tribulations of assessing the key resort investment criteria and the unique attributes of each project. The cast included Jonathan Langston, Co-Founder, Hotstats and Alexi Huntley Khajavi, Senior Vice President, Questex Hospitality & Travel at Questex.
