Our senior team has just returned from an inspiring site visit to the Mediterranean, marking the official start of a grand-scale destination project with significant vision and complexity.

The project aims to become a landmark destination in the broader Mediterranean region, integrating hotel, branded residences, and an abundance of leisure components designed to resonate with local communities while attracting international travelers.

What makes this project particularly compelling is its multilayered nature. Master planners are balancing legal and construction regulations with ambitious programming goals. Owners want to maximize development incentives while delivering comprehensive guest experience offerings across multiple facilities and amenities. Hotel and residential components must align seamlessly in terms of concept and operations, all while meeting the distinct expectations of local and international audiences.

"The best destination projects are never simple," notes Roger Allen, our Group CEO. "They require collaboration and the ability to balance competing priorities. We're excited to bring this inspiring vision to life."

Laura Dutrieux, our Junior Partner, adds: "Projects like this are where complexity becomes opportunity. Looking forward to diving into the feasibility analysis and helping validate this vision."

This project builds on our proven track record in destination development from the ground up.

Our scope of work includes comprehensive destination planning, concept development, and feasibility analysis across the hotel and leisure components.
