In his new role at RLA Global, Ignacio de las Cuevas will drive sustainable growth across worldwide operations. With over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality and destination development, he brings specialized expertise in digital transformation and circular economy applications to the hospitality sector.

Prior to joining RLA Global, Mr. de las Cuevas served as Principal at Andart Global in Dubai, providing strategic counsel to governments and high-profile clients. As Director of Eurecat's Centre of Excellence in Tourism Innovation, he led groundbreaking projects that bridged technological innovation with practical industry solutions. His career includes impactful work at Swisscontact, where he headed the Hotel Training Initiative, boosting employment opportunities for over 3,000 people across Myanmar.
