RLA Global recently completed a market study visit for a new mixed-use development consulting project at one of the hidden gems of the Northern Aegean.
Together with our strategic partners and industry friends from GBR - Peter Grmek and Melissa Campos Verdi - we gained valuable insights into the project plot, the broader tourism offer, and the destination's long-term potential. We believe these visits are critical for understanding the project first hand. No report or dataset can fully replace the perspective gained from being on the ground.
Greece continues to strengthen its position as one of the Mediterranean's most compelling tourism and investment destinations. Over the past five years, the country has achieved a remarkable recovery, with growing international arrivals and rising revenues driven by a strategic shift towards luxury resorts and wellness-integrated hospitality assets. This project is part of that wave, bringing a new vision of mixed-use development to one of the region's undiscovered, yet very promising destinations.
"The focus on luxury resorts and wellness-integrated assets is enhancing Greece's position as an investment destination in the Mediterranean. It is rewarding to support the growth of the hospitality industry in this region," said Roger Allen, Group CEO, RLA Global.
"A feasibility study is essential for any project, and this destination is no exception. Whether a legacy initiative or a new investment asset, it must be grounded in data to deliver the expected financial results.," said Laura Dutrieux, Junior Partner, RLA Global.
RLA Global looks forward to seeing how this visionary project unfolds.
