Our senior team has been on the ground in Dubai and New Zealand, meeting with clients and exploring new partnerships across these dynamic markets: Laura Dutrieux, Junior Partner, Simon Rickard, Senior Technical and Planning Consultant, and Roger Allen, our Group CEO.

"Dubai is a booming market," shared Laura. "We're currently engaged with projects spanning feasibility studies, design work, spa design, and operator assessments."

During the visit, the team toured the EMAAR Address Downtown, where we completed extensive operational assessment and strategic work in 2024, and met with Dubai World Trade Center to discuss future projects. Our senior consultants also visited Dr. Maria Ridao Alonso at Maison Santé, her preventive medicine and longevity clinic. Dr. Maria serves as our Longevity Advisor, and we discussed the latest trends in longevity demand and the challenges clinics face in this growing sector. Dr. Maria was formerly the Managing Director and Medical Director of Dubai Herbal and Treatment Centre (DHTC), founded under the auspices of His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

"Our approach is about being present where our clients are, understanding markets firsthand, and building partnerships that enhance the value we deliver," noted Roger Allen.

The team also explored partnership opportunities with a prestigious architecture firm, which would strengthen our ability to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients across hospitality, leisure, and wellness development.

Following Dubai, Roger continued to New Zealand to advance additional strategic initiatives.

We look forward to a very exciting year ahead! Explore our portfolio of hospitality and wellness projects across the globe: PROJECTS.
